01、學(xué)校介紹
Part 01、深圳技術(shù)大學(xué)
深圳技術(shù)大學(xué)是廣東省和深圳市高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)的高水平、國際化、示范性一流應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)。2018年11月30日，經(jīng)教育部批準(zhǔn)正式設(shè)立，學(xué)校定位于應(yīng)用型高等學(xué)校。2019年9月，學(xué)校首年獨立招生，共錄取807人，招生的6個省份均高于高優(yōu)線/自招線錄?。黄渲?，廣東省理科投檔線進入全省前十。2020年，學(xué)校招生規(guī)模翻番，面向全國10個省（區(qū)）招收1579名本科生，首年招收文科生、藝術(shù)生，理科一次性滿額投檔，列廣東高校第九。
學(xué)校目前在光學(xué)工程（光機電工程與應(yīng)用）招收學(xué)術(shù)型博士生；在物理學(xué)、機械工程、光學(xué)工程、計算機科學(xué)與技術(shù)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程5個專業(yè)招收全日制學(xué)術(shù)學(xué)位碩士研究生；在電子信息、機械、材料與化工、交通運輸4個專業(yè)招收全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生。目前在校生共180人，其中碩士研究生170人，博士研究生9人（含留學(xué)博士生1人）。學(xué)校充分借鑒和引進德國、瑞士等發(fā)達國家一流技術(shù)大學(xué)先進的辦學(xué)經(jīng)驗，致力于培養(yǎng)本科及以上層次具有國際視野、工匠精神和創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的高水平工程師、設(shè)計師等高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型人才，努力建成一流的應(yīng)用型技術(shù)大學(xué)。
Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) is a government-funded high-level higher education institution which is established by Guangdong Province and Shenzhen Municipality with a high standard. Its establishment was officially approved by the Ministry of Education as an autonomous university of applied sciences on November 30, 2018. In September 2019, Shenzhen Technology University was approved for opening the Bachelor degree programs independently and enrolled 807 students. Among six provinces, the enroll scores were above first-batch cut-off points. Particularly, the Science discipline enroll cut-off point of SZTU was ranked as top 10 among universities in Guangdong Province. In September 2020, SZTU enrollment scale doubled. 1579 undergraduates from 10 provinces (regions) were recruited across the country. This was the first year for SZTU to enroll liberal arts and art students. The number of science and engineering student applicants received was full in the first round, with the entering exam scores ranked ninth among universities in Guangdong.
At present, SZTU enrolls doctoral students in Optomechatronics Engineering and Application, full-time Master degree students (Academic) in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science and Technology and Biomedical Engineering; and full-time Master degree students (Technical) in Electronic Information Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials and Chemical Engineering and Transportation. At present, there are 180 post graduate students, including 170 Master students and 9 Ph.D. students (including 1 international Ph.D. student). To meet the urgent demand from the advanced manufacturing industry for local and global industries, SZTU is obligated to cultivate talents with spirit of craftsman such as advanced level engineers and designers. SZTU aims to establish itself as an open and innovative international university with Chinese characteristic and global vision.
Part 02、法國雷恩第一大學(xué)
雷恩第一大學(xué)（University of Rennes 1），發(fā)展歷史可追溯到1461年。在1969年法國教育體制改革后確立為雷恩第一大學(xué)。雷恩第一大學(xué)擁有39個科研中心，是一所多學(xué)科綜合大學(xué)，共有在校學(xué)生3萬多人。教職人員包括1500名教師、研究員和近900名行政與技術(shù)人員。學(xué)校致力于推進國際合作開放，簽署了250項包括歐洲國家在內(nèi)的國際合作協(xié)議，并接納外國留學(xué)生2000多名。
學(xué)校開設(shè)的專業(yè)主要分為工程技術(shù)、醫(yī)學(xué)和人文科學(xué)（經(jīng)濟管理、法律、社會科學(xué)等）三大部分。學(xué)校與全世界上百所大學(xué)有合作關(guān)系，每年有近700名學(xué)生到國外學(xué)校交換課程或參加實習(xí)。
The history of University of Rennes 1 dates back to 1461. It was established as the University of Rennes 1 after the reform of the French education system in 1969. It is a multidisciplinary university with 39 research centers and over 30,000 students. The faculty consists of 1,500 professors, researchers and nearly 900 administrative and technical staffs. The university is open to international cooperation (250 signed international cooperation agreements, including those in Europe) and has accepted more than 2,000 foreign students.
The majors offered by the university are mainly classified into Engineering Technology, Medical and Humanities (Economic Management, Law, Social Science, etc.). University of Rennes 1 is an international institute of higher education. Not only does it have cooperative relationships with hundreds of universities around the world, but also 700 students go to exchange and internships every year.
02、培養(yǎng)形式
1.整個項目過程中，學(xué)生接受合作單位雙方導(dǎo)師的共同培養(yǎng)，并在雙方合作指導(dǎo)下完成博士畢業(yè)論文，學(xué)生的錄取、考試和學(xué)位授予均遵循雷恩第一大學(xué)的規(guī)定。
2.聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)期間，采取1.5+1.5培養(yǎng)模式，學(xué)生需要在深圳技術(shù)大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)1.5年。深圳技術(shù)大學(xué)及雷恩第一大學(xué)導(dǎo)師共同指導(dǎo)博士生選題和論文研究工作。
3.完成學(xué)業(yè)者可獲得雷恩第一大學(xué)頒發(fā)的博士學(xué)位。
1.During the joint training period, the supervisory team will be composed of at least one supervisor from each university and will work as a unified team to jointly supervise the candidate. The admission, progression, examination and degree award will follow the regulations of University of Rennes 1.
2.During the joint training period, the 1.5+1.5 training mode will be adopted, which means the students need to study at SZTU for 1.5 years. The supervisors from Shenzhen Technology University and University of Rennes 1 will co-supervise the doctoral candidate's research topic and thesis.
3.The final Ph.D. degree will be awarded only by University of Rennes 1.

05、申請條件
1.學(xué)歷應(yīng)滿足以下條件之一:
a.境內(nèi)高校全日制碩士研究生畢業(yè)并取得碩士學(xué)位（應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生應(yīng)于入學(xué)前取得畢業(yè)證和學(xué)位證）。
b.已獲得境外碩士研究生學(xué)位，具有教育部留學(xué)服務(wù)中心學(xué)歷認(rèn)證證明。
2.語言能力:
能夠熟練使用英語進行寫作和交流，并經(jīng)面試專家組考核通過。
3.身心健康，符合國家規(guī)定的體檢標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4.申請方式及材料

*申請者須承諾學(xué)歷、學(xué)位證書和其他申請材料的真實性，一經(jīng)招生單位或認(rèn)證部門查證為不屬實，即取消報考或?qū)W習(xí)資格。應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生入學(xué)前必須獲得學(xué)位證及畢業(yè)證，否則學(xué)校有權(quán)取消錄取資格。
REQUIREMENTS
1. Your degree should meet one of the following requirements:
a. A full-time master’s degree from a Chinese university, graduates should obtain a graduation certificate and degree certificate before the admission. A master's degree from a Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan university should have an academic certification from the Overseas Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
b. A master's degree from a overseas university (should have an academic certification from the Overseas Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education).
2. Your language level should meet the following requirements:
Be able to write and communicate in English and pass the interview of the supervisor group.
3. Your physical and mental health should pass the national medical examination standard requirements.
HOW TO APPLY

Deadline for submission: November 10th, 2020 (University of Rennes 1 will release the final admission result in the middle of December, 2020).
*Applicants must ensure the authenticity of academic qualifications, degree certificates and other application materials. If not, once discovered, the registration or learning qualification will be canceled. Fresh graduates must obtain the degree certificate and the graduation certificate before the enrollment, otherwise the school has the right to cancel the admission qualification.

07、面試及錄取
根據(jù)需要參加導(dǎo)師組面試，按深圳技術(shù)大學(xué)及雷恩第一大學(xué)的錄取程序預(yù)錄取。
預(yù)錄取申請者經(jīng)深圳技術(shù)大學(xué)和雷恩第一大學(xué)審核通過后，發(fā)放錄取通知書。具體開學(xué)日期及入學(xué)手續(xù)等相關(guān)信息將在錄取通知書中說明。
The applicants will be interviewed by the supervisor group. The applicants will be be admitted according to the admission procedure of SZTU and University of Rennes 1.After the application is successfully approved by SZTU and University of Rennes 1, the admission letter will be issued. The starting date and admission procedures will be stated in the admission letter.
08、補助
在規(guī)定的學(xué)制范圍內(nèi)，深圳技術(shù)大學(xué)為聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士研究生提供生活補助，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為總額20萬元人民幣/人，以資助研究生全身心投入學(xué)習(xí)和開展科學(xué)研究，取得高水平的研究成果，完成博士學(xué)業(yè)。獎學(xué)金獲得與撥付按雙方協(xié)議相關(guān)條款執(zhí)行。
SZTU will provide living subsidies for the joint training doctoral students, with a total amount of CNY200,000 per person to support doctoral students to devote themselves to study and achieve high level research results. The scholarship will be awarded and disbursed according to the terms and conditions mutually agreed by both parties.
09、費用
學(xué)生在深圳技術(shù)大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)期間，學(xué)費為每學(xué)期5000元，住宿費為一年1200元（水、電、網(wǎng)等費用另外繳納）。在雷恩第一大學(xué)學(xué)費、住宿費等自理。
Within study at SZTU, the tuition fee is CNY5,000 per semester, and the accommodation fee is CNY1,200 per year (excluding water, electricity, internet, etc). During the period of study at the University of Rennes 1, students have to pay for his/her tuition fee, accommodation fee and other living expense.
